Refund policy

At PADDLE ACE TRADING, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

Return and Refund Eligibility

  1. No Returns or Refunds:
    • All products are final sale once opened or used. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been unsealed, used, or damaged by the customer.
  2. Manufacturer Defects:
    • If your product has a manufacturer defect, it may be eligible for a replacement or repair under our warranty policy.
    • Defects must be reported within 60 days of purchase.
    • Products showing signs of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by the customer will not be covered under warranty.

Warranty for Manufacturer Defects

  • The warranty is valid for 3 months from the invoice date.

    During the warranty period, we provide a 1-to-1 replacement for manufacturing defects, including:

    •⁠  ⁠Edge guard separation
    •⁠  ⁠Core cracking or structural damage
    •⁠  ⁠Other manufacturing defects

    The warranty does not cover:
    •⁠  ⁠Scratches or cosmetic wear caused by normal use
    •⁠  ⁠Damage from impact, misuse, or external force
    •⁠  ⁠Normal wear and tear during regular use

    All warranty claims are subject to product inspection and approval.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items that are opened, used, or altered in any way.
  • Products without proof of purchase.
  • Products with damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized alterations.
